At Wiek, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. In most cases, we can ship your package within 48 hours of placing your order. We use B-Post as our reliable shipping partner, guaranteeing delivery throughout Europe.

For special occasions such as communions, births, or other celebrations, we offer our customers the option of placing large orders. Because these events require special care and attention, we recommend placing large orders several weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery. The standard delivery time for custom orders is between 10 and 15 business days. Please keep this in mind.

Wiek's Return Policy

1. 14 Day Return Policy
At Wiek, you have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Please note that this returns policy does not apply to custom-made orders or goods ordered in a specific color of your choice. Due to their personalized nature, such orders cannot be returned.

2. Exceptions and Special Cases
