1.1 All orders are final and cannot be cancelled or returned, as all our candles are handmade and made to order.

1.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

2. Payments

2.1 Payments are accepted via Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

2.2 Payments must be made at the time of ordering.

3. Shipping

3.1 Orders are shipped as quickly as possible via B-Post and are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment. However, some orders may take longer, depending on their size.

3.2 Shipping costs will be added to the total cost of the order and will be clearly stated at checkout.

4. Privacy

4.1 We respect your privacy and will only use your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

5. Intellectual property

5.1 All content on our website, including but not limited to images, text and logos, is either our property or used with permission.
